Marketing Product Manager

Drive Innovation and Productivity
As a Marketing Project Manager - Product Launch, you will be responsible for launching new products, services, and solutions in the North America Region. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive Region requirements, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Champion the customer experience and partner with NA Region Quality, Commercial Operations, and Service & Solution delivery teams to support launch projects.
- Coach Business Marketing Managers on how to lead smaller launch projects and create launch deliverables.
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Responsible for marketing planning, project management, and program execution efforts in the Region.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing Operations & Security on the annual marketing planning process.
- Collaborate with Business Marketing, North America Marketing, and Digital Center of Excellence teams to project manage key initiatives and activate campaigns in the region.
Marketing Excellence and Performance
- Responsible for driving new marketing ways of working in the Region.
- Champion simplification and continuous improvement with the deployment of guided flexible processes and marketing tools as applicable.
- Be a key contact point for NA Marketing team for driving marketing excellence in the Region.
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in marketing program execution and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, MBA preferred.
- Experience in launching products, solutions, and SaaS offerings within healthcare or medical technology.
- Proven track record leading virtual cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
