About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Hays Accountancy and Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial management and analysis to support the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
  • Own the accounting ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business performance and profitability
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with a strong academic record
  • Proven experience in financial management, analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
