Key Responsibilities:
- Define, design, and deliver training programs to cover soft skills, line manager, and policy-driven training.
- Design and deliver Company induction and support bespoke courses to meet the needs of departments and business.
- Undertake relative ad hoc projects as required.
- Clearly communicate progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, methodologies, policies, procedures, and customers.

- Provide support to other departments as directed by the reporting manager or higher.
