Lead RF Systems Engineer - re&m


Join a prominent player in the radio communications sector as a Lead RF Systems Engineer. We are looking for a dedicated professional who thrives on innovation and problem-solving to enhance our growing R&D team.

Your role will involve:

  • Designing RF subsystems and addressing production challenges.
  • Collaborating with various teams to develop state-of-the-art communication solutions.
  • Taking the lead in troubleshooting production issues and optimizing the performance of current product offerings.
  • Creating and integrating sophisticated RF subsystems that incorporate BT, WiFi, and Cellular technologies for next-generation radio systems.
  • Working closely with firmware, PCB, and mechanical engineering teams to produce high-quality, market-leading products.

Required Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in RF and analog electronics design, particularly in UHF and VHF.

Technical Skills:
Expertise in RF design, power management, battery systems, amplifiers, filtering techniques, discrete component design, digital electronics, and PCB layout principles.

Adept at creative problem-solving and capable of proposing alternative solutions when necessary.

Discrete RF Design:
Knowledge in discrete RF design principles is essential.

Programming Skills:
Proficiency in Labview, Visual Studio, Python, and C/C++.

Audio Design Experience:
Familiarity with audio design principles is advantageous.

Additional Expertise:
Knowledge of EMI/EMC standards, SMT prototyping, schematic capture (PADS Logic), and adherence to industry-specific standards is preferred.
