We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Radio Frequency Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our RF systems, from conceptualization to production support.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in RF engineering, with expertise in receivers, transmitters, and power amplifiers. They will also have experience with Cellular systems (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) and a good understanding of basic DSP principles and Software Defined Radio principles.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing RF systems, including receivers, transmitters, and power amplifiers
  • Leading the development of RF system designs, from conceptualization to production support
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest RF engineering technologies and trends

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design/Engineering or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in RF design and development
  • Strong understanding of Cellular systems (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G)
  • Good understanding of basic DSP principles and Software Defined Radio principles
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
