This organization operates an application laboratory in the UK, dedicated to gaining insights into raw materials and creating cutting-edge formulations for Skincare, Sun care, Colour Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Haircare products.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience as a development chemist in a comparable field, preferably within personal care ingredients or finished product manufacturing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating new products to showcase their advantages
  • Offering technical support to clients in developing new formulations
  • Researching new materials to evaluate their effectiveness and potential uses
  • Crafting and designing presentations that highlight trends backed by formulations
  • Utilizing technical knowledge to produce engaging brochures, presentations, and marketing materials for products and formulations
  • Clearly communicating complex scientific concepts both verbally and in marketing collateral
  • Assessing innovative ingredient technologies relevant to Personal Care products
  • Formulating company strategies for product promotion and sourcing new offerings
  • Assisting sales teams with relevant information, presentations, and formulations
  • Engaging with clients alongside sales teams
  • Traveling internationally to participate in technical exhibitions and conferences and to meet suppliers
  • Delivering technical and trend-focused presentations to clients and at industry gatherings

Skills and Experience:

  • BSc or equivalent in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field
  • Previous formulation experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry is highly desirable but not mandatory
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficiency in spoken or written Polish is a plus
