Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team in Bristol. As a key member of the consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering electrical building services designs and drawings for various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed electrical building services designs and drawings for a range of projects, including lighting, general power, switchgear, IT, schematics, schedules, floor plans, and associated specifications.
- Lead electrical engineering teams in the delivery of medium and small MEP or multidisciplinary projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the client brief is delivered through effective organization and planning of team members.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading electrical engineering teams in the delivery of medium and small MEP or multidisciplinary projects.
- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders, including internal and external clients.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Experience with electrical design software and tools.
What We Offer
