Electrical Architect

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Architect Engineer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge missile defence systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for specifying electrical requirements, defining interfaces, designing power architectures, and ensuring signal safety.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on the next generation of missile defence systems and contribute to the advancement of electrical engineering in the defence industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Specify electrical requirements for subsystems and equipment
- Define interface characteristics and ensure signal safety
- Design power architectures, including load budget and profiles
- Develop data communication and processing architectures
- Ensure compliance with EMC, bonding, grounding, and screening requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in electrical/electronic engineering or a related subject
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- UK/international travel may be required to suppliers, customers, and other MBDA sites in UK & Europe
- Company bonus: up to £2,500 (based on company performance)
