About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our team at Jd Electrical Home Solutions Llc. This key role will work alongside directors and partners, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while working with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.

Predominantly working with some of the largest and most innovative corporate entities across the UK and EMEA regions, you will deliver cutting-edge workplaces that allow these companies' employees to do their best work and change the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technically excellent, profitable projects while managing Cundall's specialist engineers.
  • Work closely with colleagues of various disciplines, including external local engineering partners, to manage the delivery of projects.
  • Assist with fee proposals and business development in the schools and education sector.
  • Provide local expertise and support mechanical and electrical engineers as the design progresses.
  • Develop solutions in collaboration with other members of the professional team in a consultive role.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

  • A degree in Electrical / Building Services Engineering.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in an Electrical Engineering role within a building services context.
  • An extensive portfolio of experience demonstrating familiarity with high-quality engineering solutions and a client-focused approach.
  • Sound knowledge of Revit and proven experience in creative, sustainable, and intuitive design.
