ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

This position offers a rewarding opportunity to become part of a dedicated team at Guildhall Shopping Centre. Our staff are committed to providing exceptional cleaning services, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various areas, demonstrating flexibility to meet the operational needs of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute all cleaning tasks as outlined in the site specifications, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for guests.
  • Receive training in the safe operation of all necessary machinery and equipment to uphold the Centre's standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with retail partners and assist the public with inquiries.
  • Assist the client with any scheduled events or upcoming activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.


• Adaptable and eager to acquire new skills.


• Highly motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively.


• Previous experience in cleaning roles is advantageous.


• Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
