Cleaning Supervisor

South West Norse is a specialist service provider to a growing number of public and private sector clients, delivering support to businesses across catering, cleaning and facilities management disciplines.
We are currently seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team based at Montgomery Primary School on a permanent basis.
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the contractual cleaning service, coordinating a small on-site team of cleaners, and ensuring:
- Service levels are communicated and achieved
- Equipment and products are stored, maintained and replenished as required
- Attendance and time management is monitored
- Health and safety guidelines are observed onsite
Our Ideal Candidate:
You will need to demonstrate some commercial experience within a commercial cleaning environment, alongside some experience of supervising or leading staff, although this does not need to be within the industry.
Additionally, you will:
- Be able to confidently engage with clients and members of the public
- Have good organisational skills, capable of managing your own and others' workload
- Have a good eye for detail, and be able to maintain high levels of customer service
