{"About The Role": "We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at TC Facilities Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide support to our sites and play a crucial role in the training and development of our colleagues.", "Job Purpose": "The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of operatives and ensuring service delivery standards and specifications are met and within budget. This will involve ensuring all staff have the correct uniform and are dressed appropriately to reflect the TC brand, managing the recruitment process, and developing the performance of staff in consultation with an HR representative.", "Major Accountabilities": ["Ensure all staff are trained in, and adhere to, Health and Safety and COSHH policies and procedures", "Develop and maintain the relationship with the customer to ensure their expectations are met while working within defined specifications", "Complete audits accurately and on time, carrying out any resolution actions identified within timescales", "Ensure all cleaning materials and machinery are available, in good working order, and used in a safe manner", "Ensure all periodical cleans are completed to the required specification and timescale and signed off by the customer", "Adhere to all company processes, policies, and procedures", "Manage the payment of staff correctly and on time every time by following all company time and pay processing requirements", "Train and induct all staff in their role, the standards expected, the TC values, and company policies, procedures, and guidelines", "Recruit and manage the performance of staff in consultation with an HR representative, taking necessary actions to develop staff or improve performance", "Ensure all staff are trained in, and adhere to, Health and Safety and COSHH policies and procedures", "Develop and maintain the relationship with the customer to ensure their expectations are met while working within defined specifications"], "What do you get from us?": "At TC Facilities Management, we offer a range of benefits to our colleagues, including an Assistance Programme through Health Assured, Wagestream, Perkbox, and free uniform.
