As a Site Operations Specialist at Group 1 Automotive, you will integrate into a welcoming team and have the chance to collaborate with a dynamic brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deliver vehicles from clients' residences or workplaces, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Inspect customer vehicles for any damage and tire safety before collection, ensuring that damage reports are accurately filled out and communicated to customers.
  • Keep all vehicle stock photographs current and accurately displayed on all online platforms.
  • Ensure that all signage and pricing for vehicle stock on the lot is accurate.
  • Adhere to systems and procedures in accordance with departmental operating standards and utilize them effectively.
  • Complete any relevant documentation with customers as required.
  • Process and acknowledge the collection of payments from customers when necessary.
  • Provide transportation for company personnel and/or customers as needed.
  • Collect and deliver small items as required.
  • Exhibit a positive, motivated, and dedicated approach to work.
  • Manage the movement and security of all vehicles on site.
  • Maintain precise and truthful records at all times when releasing or receiving vehicles.
