Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will support the management of accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients across science, technology, and health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, effectively, and on time.
  • Draft and edit content, including website copy, press releases, articles, blogs, and social content.
  • Support day-to-day account operations and liaise with clients under the guidance of your Account Lead.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar healthcare communications agency or in-house.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently, highly organized, and calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of relevant Codes of Practice (e.g., ABPI).
