We are working with a main dealership in the Farnham area of Surrey, seeking a Service Advisor to join their team.

Job Role and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles.
  2. Advising on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, as well as selling additional products as appropriate to customers' needs.
  3. Preparing and completing invoices, and documenting all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
  4. Updating customer and vehicle records, and producing job cards on the in-house computer system.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a motor garage.
  2. A full driving licence.

As a Service Advisor, you will be expected to maintain the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
