Job Opportunity at St Elizabeth`s Centre

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at St Elizabeth`s Centre, a SEN Further Education College.

The successful candidate will provide support to learners aged 19-25 with complex needs, including Epilepsy, and contribute to their development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support learners with complex needs and Epilepsy in a Further Education setting
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to promote independence and skills development
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to deliver high-quality education and support services

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs and Epilepsy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances
