Job Title: Maintenance Engineering Training Coordinator

Ryanair, a leading European airline group, is seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join its Engineering Training department in Glasgow Prestwick, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Ryanair's records management system for over 3,000 staff members.
  • Update employee training records via AMOS.
  • Issue training records and reports as requested.
  • Monitor mandatory training for MRO employees.
  • Schedule training courses and control classroom usage.
  • Process staff enrolment onto training courses.
  • Archive all paperwork from courses.
  • Maintain training registers for the MRO training department.
  • Reset passwords for the Learning Management System.
  • Control assessment materials.
  • Notify management of instructor availability.
  • Liaise with HR departments on training and recruitment.
  • Act as a focal point for correspondence between local training providers and the MRO.
  • Act as local MRO Exam Invigilator when required.
  • Send course notifications to base maintenance staff.
  • Assist other BM sites as designated by the BM Training Supervisor.
  • Report errors on training material to the BM Training Supervisor.
  • Report training department necessities to the BM Training Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Ability to plan and work to deadlines.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Packages.
  • Strong work ethic and responsibility.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UK/EU passport and driving license.
