Job Title: Aviation Training Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Training Coordinator to join our team at Ryanair. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our records management system for 3000+ staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update MRO employee training records via AMOS
  • Issue training records/reports when requested
  • Monitor the mandatory training of MRO employees
  • Schedule training courses
  • Control classroom usage and instructor alignment to courses
  • Process enrolment of staff onto training courses
  • Responsible for archiving all paperwork from courses
  • Maintain training registers for MRO training department
  • Password Resets for Learning Management System
  • Control Assessment Materials
  • Responsible for notifying management team of instructor availability
  • Liaise with respective HR departments on training and recruitment
  • Act as a focal for correspondence between local training providers and the MRO
  • Act as local MRO Exam Invigilator when requested
  • Sending notification of courses running to base maintenance staff
  • Assist other BM sites where designated by the BM Training Supervisor
  • Report any error on training material to the BM Training Supervisor
  • Report any training department necessities to the BM Training Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • A keen eye to detail and ability to escalate issues to the management team
  • Ability to plan and work to deadlines laid out by the management teams
  • Confident and proficient user of Microsoft Packages
  • Must have a strong work ethic and show responsibility to their own work and completion in a timely manner
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to change quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to seek and find solutions and address them to the management team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must hold a valid UK/EU passport and happy to travel where the business requires
  • Must hold a valid UK/EU Driving Licence
