Human Resources Coordination

Location: Staines (hybrid 3 days in the office/2 days at home)

Salary: £40,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator for a forward-thinking technology organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with monthly payroll processes. While prior HR Administration experience is essential, familiarity with payroll functions will be considered a plus. This company prides itself on its values and boasts a supportive and collaborative team environment.

You will collaborate closely with the HR Manager to manage payroll and HR administrative tasks across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately entering payroll information while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Handling all HR administrative duties, including onboarding and new hire documentation, in partnership with line managers
  • Preparing offer letters for new employees
  • Conducting pre-employment verifications, including Right to Work assessments and reference checks
  • Ensuring timely probation reviews for all new hires
  • Managing the offboarding process, including exit interviews and notifying relevant departments
  • Updating employee records in the HR systems
  • Serving as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries
  • Issuing letters for contractual changes
  • Documenting meeting notes
  • Assisting with various HR projects
  • Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Performing general administrative tasks

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Essential experience in Payroll Administration or HR Administration
  • Strong understanding of HR practices
  • Proficient in taking detailed notes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
