About the Role:
The Faculty of Business and Law is looking for a School Administrator to become part of our Faculty Administration Team within the School of Management. Located on the Cambridge Campus, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional front-line customer service, providing effective and efficient administrative support, and contributing to the successful execution of various activities across the School. Your role will be vital in assisting students, academic staff, and other stakeholders, both in-person and online.
We are in search of a candidate who possesses at least two A-levels or an equivalent vocational qualification (NVQ level 3) along with prior administrative experience, preferably within higher or further education. Essential skills include outstanding customer service, strong communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively, managing confidential information responsibly, and demonstrating a commitment to equality, diversity, and data protection principles.
