Resource Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Manager to join our team at The Mill. As a key member of our creative resources department, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of resources across various departments within the studio.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Planning: Work closely with departments to ensure that creative resources are acting as a single cohesive unit, and that resources are allocated efficiently to meet client requirements.
- Project Scheduling: Collaborate with Producers and Artists to schedule jobs, identify talent needs, and develop strategies to ensure efficient workflow.
- Talent Management: Work with Artists, Leads, and Producers to ensure that Freelance Artists are utilized appropriately, on the right projects, at the right price, with attention paid to controlling cost while maintaining quality and relationships.
- Capacity Planning: Maintain an accurate Freelance artist & machine rental forecast, and work with Operations Managers to develop creative resources protocol and best practices.
- Client Service: Guarantee excellent client service from all members of the team to maximize repeat business.
- 2-3 years creative resource management experience
- Production and/or Agency experience preferred
- Excellent project planning and scoping skills
- Capacity to manage a busy workload with high productivity
- Experience working with and using scheduling software
- Responsive and flexible to ever-changing needs and environment
