About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at ECS Resource Group, a leading independent communications company. As an IT Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the IT Support teams in the UK, South Africa, and India
  • Interview and recruit IT professionals to join our team
  • Create and maintain corporate and personal development plans for IT Support teams
  • Conduct staff appraisals and set corporate and personal goals
  • Ensure the implementation of ITIL best practices within the IT Support team
  • Report on internal IT Support performance
  • Manage and lead IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) reviews

  • Requirements for handling security vulnerability breaches
  • Building ServiceNow customer service request and incident portals
  • Building ServiceNow CSM and ITSM workflows
  • Supporting Salesforce and NetSuite
  • Monitoring systems, such as Logic Monitor, Nectar, and SolarWinds
  • WAN, LAN technologies, such as Cisco, Meraki, and Juniper
  • Managing data migration projects
Desirable Certifications
  • ITIL v4 Foundation and Service Manager
  • MSCE – Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
