Assistant Manager - Bexleyheath, London

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab in Bexleyheath, London. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement brand standards and policies to ensure consistency across the restaurant
  • Lead by example and consistently deliver industry-leading guest service
  • Manage restaurant operations, including scheduling, employee development, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and hygiene standards
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Manage controllable costs to maintain profitability
  • Provide excellent management guidance to team members, including training, development, and leadership
  • Maintain a secure, safe, and healthy environment for team members and guests
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role, preferably with a fast-paced and dynamic brand
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
