Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at CooperVision. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects to meet timeline, quality, and cost criteria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and that customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring financial compliance.
  • Develop and implement project metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in project management tools and software.
