Hotel Reception Manager Job Description

Voco Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Manager / Front Office to lead our front office team to success. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the front office hotel operation, including Reception, Nights, and Guest Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional and unique service standards across all areas.
  • Assume operational responsibility and drive the performance of our front office teams.
  • Contribute to the creation of the brand to maximize reputation, revenue, and profitability across all areas in line with budget expectations.
  • Develop the guest service proposition to ensure it is positioned as the market leader in the region.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years as Head of Department in a similar size and style hotel environment.
  • High level of guest focus and solid financial and commercial awareness.
  • Self-motivated, forward-thinking individual with a strong Front Office background within a large lifestyle, multi-outlet environment.
