Nestled in the heart of Cornwall, the Old Success Inn is a 17th-century landmark that boasts a spectacular view over one of the country's most cherished beaches. As a Sous Chef, you will be part of a talented kitchen team that works alongside passionate people to provide high-quality food that delights our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and ensuring the correct procedures are followed.
  • Utilize the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes to adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and guests.
  • Work alongside the kitchen team to provide high-quality food that meets our guests' expectations.
What We Offer
  • 30% off food and drink and 50% off overnight stays in our pubs.
