Asset Management Technician

This role is a key position in our Asset Management team based in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Asset Management Expertise: Previous experience in Asset Management in a corporate environment is essential.
  2. Active Directory and SCCM: Strong understanding of Active Directory user management and SCCM application deployment is required.
  3. ServiceNow and ITIL: Experience with ServiceNow incident and request management, as well as ITIL knowledge, is highly valued.
  4. Hardware Asset Management: Proven ability to manage hardware assets, including stock room management, phone line management, hardware lifecycle and health management, new joiner/exit management, asset tagging, and deployment and retrieval of hardware.

Requirements:

  1. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptionally strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a clear track record of problem-solving duties.
  2. Initiative and Autonomy: Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and follow through on projects, with a history of support in a Global team.
