We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Hospital Management team as a Senior Provider Relationship Manager. This role will play a critical part in shaping our relationships with hospitals and facilities, developing existing partnerships, and driving better routine and pathway-based collaborations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head of Hospital Management in managing significant annual hospital spend through data-driven negotiations, pathways, and directionality.
- Engage with leading healthcare hospitals and facilities to maintain relations, drive supplier performance, and engage on mutually beneficial initiatives to enhance member experiences and manage costs.
- Contribute to the development of compelling member pathways and drive innovation through the use of trusted third parties to meet evolving business needs.
- Develop contractual documentation and standards in partnership with legal and clinical functions to ensure hospital and facility outcomes and sustainable commercial terms.
- Manage Hospital Management team members, setting objectives, overseeing performance, and driving employee development and achievements.
- Support routine hospital operations, including management of queries, invoicing, debt management, technological initiatives, and other operating activities.
- Work in partnership with clinical policy teams to review new medical developments, ensuring claims fund impact is managed and understood by the business.
- Previous experience (>2 years) of provider management.
- Coordination in both clinical and complex operational environments.
- Previous people management experience.
- Track record of contributing to and supporting successful change initiatives, projects, and programs.
- Experience in engaging with and influencing internal and external organizations at multiple levels.
