Job Summary

The Hyde Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Homeowner Compliance Administrator to join our Home Ownership Team (HOT). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to homeowners, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming correspondence to HOT, ensuring accurate recording and timely responses in line with procedures and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for data entry, monitoring homeowner information, and implementing system adjustments to optimize our services.
  • Generate key performance indicators for the Home Ownership Management Team (HOMT) to support reporting and decision-making purposes.
  • Oversee HOT income management, including payment processing, banking, and team income reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Maximize HOT income by ensuring proper allocation and minimizing unnecessary expenses.
  • Contribute to the review and development of HOT management procedures, providing additional support and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong administrative or office coordination experience, preferably in a property or homeowner compliance setting.
  • Proficiency in managing incoming correspondence, data entry, and financial management, including reconciliation and payment processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including homeowners, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Ability to generate reports and handle system adjustments to support our operations and decision-making processes.
