Daily Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional service experience for every customer.
  • Ensure customers feel valued and welcomed.
  • Present the menu, respond to inquiries, and make recommendations regarding our offerings.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance service efficiency and increase table turnover.
  • Serve guests in a courteous and accommodating manner.
  • Utilize a positive sales approach to guide guests.
  • Engage positively with both colleagues and customers.
  • Identify ways to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Adhere to all cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Exemplify exemplary behavior and high performance.
