Key Responsibilities:
- Procure parts according to operational requirements and follow up with suppliers.
- Assist in the delivery and collection of parts as necessary, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
- Promote increased part sales and fixed price repairs through proactive selling, utilizing the main national part sales programs.
- Answer phone calls in a courteous and welcoming manner, adhering to company standards.
- Cultivate and enhance customer relationships by providing sound parts knowledge and exceptional customer service, ensuring that customer needs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Aid in maintaining an optimal stock profile for the branch while minimizing obsolescence.
- Engage in continuous stock checks to reduce discrepancies in stock check lines.
