About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a key member of our foster care team, you will play a vital role in supporting foster parents and children's social workers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children in care.

As a Supervising Social Worker, you will work closely with our foster parents, children's social workers, and other stakeholders to build positive relationships and provide guidance and support to ensure the child's needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and guidance to foster parents and children's social workers
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with foster parents, children's social workers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and national minimum standards
  • Participate in multidisciplinary and multi-agency working
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve the best possible outcomes for children in care
