About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Distribution Network in the East or West Midlands area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, operating, and maintaining our distribution system efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Direction: Set direction and provide creative and innovative leadership to meet targets and motivate your team to ensure consistently high levels of customer service.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and drive performance, and take accountability of Distribution activities in the Distribution Area.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customer complaints in the Distribution Area are brought to a successful resolution.
  • System Development: Ensure that the Distribution System is developed, operated, and maintained as efficiently and effectively as possible and in accordance with appropriate legislation, laid down policies, and standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of engineering strategy, policy, and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Successfully liaise with peers and key stakeholders to lead to successful outcomes for the East or West Midlands business.
