Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at MaxAd Fixed Fee Recruitment. As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth through existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth
- Manage customer accounts and increase spend through cross-selling and upselling
- Follow up on quotes and CRM tasks, and arrange appointments
- Capitalize on campaigns and promotions with customers
- Manage customer relations and update the CRM system with each customer engagement
- Build a pipeline of enquiries on CRM and move them forward to completion
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a B2B/Trade Sales account management and new business development role, generated primarily through outbound telephone-based activity
- Some knowledge of the wider flooring industry would be beneficial but is not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Sales negotiation and influencing skills
