Transaction Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Manager to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of our Sales Executives and ensuring the smooth execution of sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage enquiry management process to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads
  • Control sales deals to ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies
  • Provide second-facing support to Sales Executives as needed
  • Work closely with Sales Specialists to promote financial solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with Brand and Sales Managers to develop incentives and development programs for the sales team
  • Link with Business Sales Advisors and Fleet Sales Specialists to ensure customers receive accurate and relevant options for finance and leasing packages
  • Coach and assist sales staff to understand customers' financing needs and offer appropriate products

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and company policies
  • Experience in sales or a related field

Working Hours: Monday to Friday and Weekends
