Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enquiry management process to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads
- Control sales deals to ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies
- Provide second-facing support to Sales Executives as needed
- Work closely with Sales Specialists to promote financial solutions to customers

- Coach and assist sales staff to understand customers' financing needs and offer appropriate products
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and company policies
- Experience in sales or a related field
Working Hours: Monday to Friday and Weekends
