About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts in generating, nurturing, and converting high-quality leads across various channels in the sustainable water management industry.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy targeting key industries such as hospitality, food production, manufacturing, and retail.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email, digital ads, content marketing, and LinkedIn campaigns, to drive qualified leads into the sales funnel and attendees to events.
  • Work with internal expertise and external content resources to create engaging, informative, and relevant marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to execute lead nurturing campaigns, track lead activity, and update our prospect database.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and monitor conversion rates through the funnel.
  • Partner with sales, senior management, and account management teams to align efforts with broader company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to shape campaign strategies.
  • Foster relationships with external partners and vendors to extend reach and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Regularly report on the performance of initiatives, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.


Requirements



  • Extensive experience in demand generation, preferably within a B2B or consultancy environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization tactics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
