Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, including assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and promoting independence. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months of professional UK-based care experience.
  • Complex care experience, including cerebral palsy, brain injuries, and PEG.
  • Clear spoken English.
  • Full Right to Work in the UK.
