JD Ross Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in delivering large-scale ground-mounted solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate project resources, including internal teams and external contractors, to optimize project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments, monitor project progress, and implement effective mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience delivering large-scale renewable projects, preferably in Solar, BESS, or Wind.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work remotely, with a strong commitment to on-site presence during construction phases.
