This position is a contract role with a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility while collaborating with a prominent telecommunications organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insight and Problem Resolution: Engage in constructive discussions regarding project briefs and seek clarity through pertinent inquiries.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and evaluate data to support project objectives.
  • Research Advocacy: Recommend additional research as needed for validating briefs or enhancing understanding of design challenges, while promoting best practices.
  • Quality Commitment: Exhibit a dedication to producing high-quality work with careful attention to detail.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential issues and risks that could impact project timelines and proactively communicate and escalate concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside Product Owners, Designers, and Developers to address challenges and bring innovative ideas to fruition.
  • Concept Development: Participate in the creation of concepts, user journeys, screens, and prototypes.
  • Facilitation: Organize activities such as workshops, sharing sessions, and demonstrations.

Essential and Desirable Skills:

  • Extensive experience in Product Design, particularly focused on mobile applications rather than websites.
  • Comprehensive product design experience encompassing both UX and UI aspects.
  • Proficient in Figma with a strong capability in developing and utilizing design systems.
  • Experience collaborating with developers and project delivery teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize research findings to share insights for team collaboration.
  • Experience in planning, designing, and executing user testing sessions, whether remote or in-person.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in motion design and illustration would be advantageous.
