Relief Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Childbase Partnership. As a Relief Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, while also supporting our permanent staff during their holiday, training, and other leave periods.
Key Responsibilities- Provide relief cover for team members during their absence, ensuring continuity of care and education for our children.
- Work with all age groups (0-5 years) across the nursery, adapting to the needs of each child and the team.
- Contribute to the on-going success of our company by providing flexible and reliable support to our permanent staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for our children.
- Naturally nurturing, caring, and compassionate to others.
- Holds an early years qualification and has some experience of caring for children under five, ideally in a nursery environment.
- Can be a positive role model to the children in their care.
- Enjoys contributing within a busy, team environment.
- Competitive hourly pay rate of £12.10-£13.15 (dependent on qualifications).
