Job Title: Teaching Assistant for Special Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team and support a child with special needs in a Reception class.

About the Role:

  • Support the emotional, physical, and learning needs of a pupil in a Reception class
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Foster positive relationships to help pupils achieve their learning goals
  • Organize the learning environment and ensure adequate learning materials
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate curriculum activities alongside the teacher
  • Assist with behavior management programs and ensure pupil safety

About You:

  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Experience working with ASD
  • Kind, caring, energetic, and enthusiastic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
