Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at CV-Library. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Supervise and manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, technicians, and laborers
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Develop and implement project schedules, including timelines and milestones
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
