Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Construction Manager to join our Infrastructure team in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of construction professionals to deliver industry-leading construction techniques.
  • Coordinate and communicate with various project stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, engineers, and clients.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, project management, design teams, and stakeholders to deliver best-value solutions.
  • Develop innovative approaches to reduce carbon emissions, increase biodiversity, and address climate change.
  • Assist in appointing specialist contractors and managing their contracts to ensure cost, time, quality, and safety requirements are met.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 4 or above in a relevant field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of engineering principles and competence with digital tools.
  • Formal training in Health & Safety and Environmental management (SMSTS minimum).
