Pottery Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pottery Team Member to join our team at Loaf Cafe & Bakery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our participants in developing their skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the pottery team in delivering high-quality event experiences that exceed customer expectations.
  • Share your passion and expertise with our participants, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and confidence.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our pottery area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every visitor feels valued and supported.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that all events and activities are aligned with our quality standards.
Personnel Specification
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a busy catering environment, with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate and knowledge of record-keeping practices.
  • Understanding of the needs of disabled people and a commitment to equal rights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
