At Loaf Cafe & Bakery, we're seeking a skilled Event Potter to join our team. As an Event Potter, you'll be responsible for creating a calendar of events that support our business objectives, inspiring and engaging our participants, and ensuring the highest quality of our events.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the Pottery Manager in creating a calendar of events that align with our business goals.
- Inspire and engage our participants to ensure they're at the heart of everything we do.
- Implement and maintain health and safety procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
- Collaborate with the Loaf Cafe & Bakery team to grow our artistic network and increase community engagement.
- Complete all necessary training to meet the requirements of your role.
- Able to be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A qualification in an arts discipline or substantial relevant experience working as a potter.
- Experience in teaching classes to meet the needs of various client groups.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain networks in the arts sector.
