Senior Legal Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at LHH Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial agreements and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Buckingham. The successful candidate will have a strong background in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements, with additional experience in employment law, franchising, or litigation being highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and draft commercial agreements
  • Negotiate with external stakeholders
  • Provide legal advice to internal teams
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively
Requirements
  • UK qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 4 years PQE
  • Strong experience in commercial law
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits. This is a predominantly office-based role in a dynamic and growing company, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters and gain exposure to different areas of law.
