Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on the role of Site Administrator within our organization. This position involves overseeing a dedicated team of administrative professionals across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be based primarily at one site but will be required to travel to various locations as needed. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork abilities, as they will be responsible for coordinating coverage for administrative duties and may need to step in to provide support during peak times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of administrative staff, ensuring efficient operations across multiple sites.
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure timely approval by relevant management.
  • Assist with the management of a vehicle fleet, ensuring proper utilization and maintenance.
  • Oversee calendar management and scheduling for team members.
  • Coordinate with external contractors, facilitating site inductions and monitoring project progress.
  • Provide financial services, including cash handling and reporting.
  • Compile and present reports on various operational metrics as required.
  • Conduct health and safety assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.
