Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Solution Expert to join our Pre-Sales team at Bechtle. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic development and growth of our Professional & Managed Services business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your consultative skills to uncover and solve customer challenges, architect and create solution proposals for customers through discovery and assessments-led discussions, and deliver demonstrations/presentations on outsourcing (professional and managed services) in customer meetings.
  • Support the bidding and responding to customer tenders to facilitate both local and international requirements, involving wider Bechtle Group countries.
  • Maintain a good understanding of the competitive landscape and complimentary solutions across our key vendor portfolio.
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and service partners.
  • Be present across all UK offices as a key figure within the Services pillar, advocating for engagement with the solutions Services can provide.
  • Use existing experience to support and lead Bechtle in achieving success in new outsourcing solutions areas.
  • Actively build, manage, and update Bechtle's Services portfolio and catalogue.

Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role (i.e. Consultative Sales/PreSales/consultant/engineer).
  • Broad understanding of technology solutions in corporate environments.
  • Exposure to selling or supporting with outsourcing requirements for end users.
