Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the commercial printing industry. You will identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts within the commercial printing sector.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of Fujifilm's solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales within the commercial printing industry.
- Strong understanding of industry products, technologies, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
