Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at Sanremo The Italian Restaurant Bath. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of service and quality are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage the Front of House and Back of House restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and efficient use of resources.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards of service and quality.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage restaurant inventory, ordering supplies and managing stock levels to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
